Community Champion
Community Champion is not a membership level. It is an optional $100 annual add-on designation available exclusively to active Community Partners.
Community Partner Membership determines who you are. Community Champion recognizes how you lead.
Exclusive by ZIP Code
Community Champion is intentionally limited. Only one active Community Champion may exist for each residential ZIP Code at any given time.
This exclusivity recognizes a single organization or professional as the premier community leader supporting that ZIP Code through the EPIC Community Partner Network. When a ZIP Code already has an active Community Champion, no additional Community Champion designation may be purchased for that ZIP until it becomes available again.

Annual Designation
$100
per ZIP Code, per year
Renewed annually. If not renewed, the designation becomes available for another eligible Community Partner serving that ZIP Code.
Requirements
- Active Community Partner membership
- Active ZIP Code Coverage for the designated ZIP
- Only one Community Champion per ZIP Code
Founding Community Champion
The first organization or professional to secure the Community Champion designation for a ZIP Code receives the permanent title:
Founding Community Champion — ZIP [ZIP Code]
This historical recognition remains permanently associated with that Community Partner, even if the annual Community Champion designation is not renewed in the future. The active Community Champion designation may transfer if it expires, but the Founding Community Champion honor remains with the original recipient.
