Religious institutions already serve their communities. EPIC Communities gives them another way to extend that work. In this episode, Kenneth Pierce explains why churches, faith-based organizations, and religious institutions can be strong first partners for EPIC Communities. These institutions are already connected to local families, already trusted by many people in their neighborhoods, and often already involved in providing support, resources, and service. EPIC Communities is designed to help Community Partners create local grant activity while helping community members, families, schools, nonprofits, and local causes. Businesses, service providers, religious institutions, nonprofits, and individuals can become Community Partners. Community members can join free.
