How Community Grants Create Opportunities

The EPIC Community Partner Network is built on a simple idea:

Community Grants help Community Supporters purchase products and services from participating Community Partners.

Rather than simply advertising a business, EPIC uses media to create opportunities that encourage people to discover, visit, and support Community Partners while strengthening local communities.

Even relatively small Community Grants can help someone become a new customer, return as a repeat customer, or purchase services they may have otherwise delayed.

Below are examples of how Community Grants can create opportunities for different types of Community Partners.

The Opportunity

Every Community Grant represents an opportunity.

For Community Supporters, it can make a needed product or service more affordable.

For Community Partners, it can create new customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and increase community engagement.

For schools, nonprofits, and community organizations, it helps generate additional support through meaningful local participation.

The goal is not simply to advertise businesses.

The goal is to use media to create measurable opportunities that strengthen people, businesses, schools, nonprofits, and communities.
