Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.
Memberships
Memberships are subject to the Membership Policy. Community partnership is offered through the EPIC PSL Membership. Approved holders in the United States can apply and purchase a PSL Membership at /psl-memberships. Each PSL Membership is governed by the purchase terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Secondary transfers
The secondary marketplace is now open for fixed-price resales by approved United States holders, subject to the holding period, resale floor, and marketplace fees in effect at the time of the transaction. Auctions and seller payouts are processed according to the current Marketplace Policy.
Prohibited use
No abuse, harassment, unlawful activity, or attempts to circumvent platform security.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced through the platform.
