EPIC PSL Memberships
A PSL Membership is a whole-unit community participation membership issued at a fixed price by EPIC Communities. PSL Memberships are recorded by serial number and held by an approved PSL Membership holder.
An EPIC PSL Membership is a community participation membership. It is not an investment, not a security, not a franchise, not equity, and not a promise of profit or financial return. PSL Memberships are sold at a fixed issuer price in whole units and confer participation rights only.
Apply, pay, then review — you can complete payment at any point after you submit your application, and you are refunded in full if you are not approved.
The current terms version is EPIC-PSL-PURCHASE-TERMS-2026-08-D, bound to Cohort C1. Read the Purchase Terms.
Primary issuer sales of Cohort C1 PSL Memberships are open under this version. Eligible PSL Memberships may be transferred through the PSL Membership Marketplace subject to applicable requirements.

Become a PSL Membership holder
The PSL Membership holder portal is not open at this time.
How it works
- Apply to become a PSL Membership holder and complete identity and control review.
- Choose 1 to 10 PSL Memberships. Your units are assigned together inside a single PSL Membership, up to 100 units per beneficial owner.
- Exact serial numbers are reserved for 30 minutes while you pay.
- On settled payment, your application is reviewed. If it is not approved, you receive a full refund and no PSL Membership is issued.
Holders can review their PSL Memberships in the PSL Membership holder portal and browse resale listings in the PSL Membership Marketplace. Business terms are published as the owner-approved PSL Membership Purchase Terms.
