How do I join?
EPIC is open to browse for everyone. Membership and community partnership are offered through the EPIC PSL Membership. Approved holders in the United States can apply and purchase a PSL Membership at /psl-memberships.
Does a PSL Membership ever expire or renew?
No. A PSL Membership is a one-time purchase held for the life of the program, with no recurring charges and no add-on fees.
Are Community Grant Awards guaranteed?
No, Community Grant Awards are not guaranteed and are subject to funding, verification, program rules, and approval.
Who administers Community Grant Awards?
Community Grant Awards are administered by the EPIC team and depend on funding, verification, program rules, and approval.
What is a PSL Membership?
A PSL Membership is one of exactly 100 individually numbered EPIC community participation memberships, PSL-001 through PSL-100. Each PSL Membership is whole and indivisible: it is never divided into fractions, sub-units, or smaller memberships, and there is no parent-and-unit structure. Holding at least one active PSL Membership makes a person or organization an EPIC Member. A PSL Membership is a contractual program-participation designation. It is not an investment, not a security, not a franchise, not equity, and not ownership in the Community Grant Fund or in EPIC. It does not create corporate membership in Educational Partnerships to Impact Children, Inc., organizational voting rights, or governance rights. It carries no guaranteed return, no guaranteed liquidity, no guaranteed appreciation, no guaranteed resale, no guaranteed repurchase, no guaranteed grant award, and no transferable claim to grant funds.
What does one PSL Membership carry?
Each active PSL Membership carries exactly one EPIC Member grant entitlement, one standard Football’s Greatest Bears member-advertising entitlement, and one 50/50 Trivia nomination opportunity. Rights are counted per PSL Membership, never per account and never per dollar spent. Every active PSL Membership participates on the same terms, whether it is held by an individual, a business, an organization, or a Community Partner. Each grant cycle is claimed, not divided. A single holder may claim the entire remaining grant pot for that cycle for allowable purposes. Claims are honored first-come, first-served in order of PSL Membership seniority — the lower the canonical number, the higher the priority — and then by the time the claim was submitted. There is no equal-per-holder allocation, no reserved share, and no cap expressed as a percentage of any other pool. After a successful award, that PSL Membership enters a 60-day cooling period and cannot be used to claim again until the cooling period ends. Cooling applies per PSL Membership: other memberships the same holder owns are unaffected and keep their own seniority. A PSL Membership acquired through a paid secondary transfer enters a 30-day grant hold and cannot be used to open a grant request until that hold ends. Memberships obtained directly from EPIC through primary issuance, succession, record reconciliation, or administrative correction are not subject to the secondary-transfer grant hold. Only one grant request may be open per PSL Membership at a time.
Does a PSL Membership make me a Community Partner?
PSL Membership ownership and Community Partner status are separate. Community Partner visibility and eligible-provider privileges require separate Community Partner approval, and holding a PSL Membership never grants them automatically.
Is a PSL Membership the same as an EPIC sponsorship?
PSL Membership member advertising, paid advertising partnerships, and EPIC sponsorship are entirely separate programs with separate terms, pricing, and records. A PSL Membership is never a sponsorship and a sponsorship is never a PSL Membership.
How soon after acquiring a PSL Membership can I open a grant request?
A PSL Membership acquired through a paid secondary transfer enters a 30-day grant hold and cannot be used to open a grant request until that hold ends. Memberships obtained directly from EPIC through primary issuance, succession, record reconciliation, or administrative correction are not subject to the secondary-transfer grant hold. Only one grant request may be open per PSL Membership at a time.

How is the Membership Grant Pool funded?
The Membership Grant Pool receives 1% of the transfer-fee revenue EPIC actually collects on completed PSL Membership resales and 1% of the 50/50 Trivia share EPIC actually receives. Player and community-beneficiary 50/50 shares are never reduced. Allocations are reversed if the underlying payment is refunded, reversed, or corrected.
What does a PSL Membership cost?
Primary issuance price is set by formula, not by negotiation: canonical position n is priced at $25.00 × 1.05^(n − 1), calculated directly from the $25.00 base and the position number, with rounding to cents applied only once at the shown checkout amount. Each position is 5% above the position before it. The formula applies only to a successful initial issuance by EPIC — a failed, cancelled, or abandoned checkout never consumes a canonical number and never advances the price. Secondary resales and any EPIC Treasury resale use open, seller-set market pricing instead. Primary issuance runs through EPIC directly. A PSL Membership is sold whole — never in fractions or sub-units — at the price the canonical formula sets for its position, and payment is handled by EPIC's payment provider. The position and price now offered are published at /psl-memberships, and the purchase terms in effect at the time of purchase govern the transaction.
How many PSL Memberships can one holder hold?
A holder may hold no more than 5 PSL Memberships per beneficial-control group. Related accounts under common control are counted together.
Who is eligible to hold a PSL Membership?
Eligible adults who are at least 18 years old may hold available PSL Memberships under the general program terms anywhere in the United States, subject to identity verification, availability, ownership limits, payment settlement, and program restrictions. Business ownership and Community Partner status are not required. Eligible businesses and organizations may hold memberships in their legal names through verified authorized representatives. A parent or legal guardian holds while identifying a minor as the intended beneficiary.
Can a PSL Membership be resold?
A 30-day resale holding period applies before a PSL Membership becomes eligible to be listed for resale. That resale holding protection is separate from, and additional to, the 30-day grant hold that applies to a PSL Membership acquired through a paid secondary transfer. Resale pricing is set entirely by the seller. There is no minimum resale price, no required appreciation over the seller's acquisition basis, and no valuation published or endorsed by EPIC. The next unsold primary issue price may be shown alongside a listing as context only, and EPIC's 10% marketplace fee plus the actual payment-processing cost still applies to each completed resale. The only approved resale method is a fixed-price listing at a price the seller sets. Auctions, bidding, and named-buyer private sales are not offered. Transfers happen only through EPIC, and a transfer by succession carries no marketplace fee. The PSL Membership Marketplace carries fixed-price resales at a price the seller sets, subject to the resale holding period, the ownership limits, and the 10% marketplace fee in effect at the time. EPIC publishes no valuation and guarantees no liquidity: no resale, appreciation, repurchase, profit, or financial return is guaranteed.
Will EPIC buy my PSL Membership back?
A holder may ask EPIC to consider repurchasing a PSL Membership. Any such repurchase is entirely at EPIC's discretion, depends on available funds, and is never a promise, a standing offer, a buy-back guarantee, or a liquidity commitment.
What does EPIC charge on a resale?
EPIC charges a marketplace fee of 10% plus the actual payment-processing cost on each completed resale.
When does a seller get paid?
Seller proceeds are held for 7 days before becoming distributable, with a 10% reserve held for 60 days. Disputes and reversals may freeze or adjust a payout. The PSL Membership Marketplace carries fixed-price resales at a price the seller sets, subject to the resale holding period, the ownership limits, and the 10% marketplace fee in effect at the time. EPIC publishes no valuation and guarantees no liquidity: no resale, appreciation, repurchase, profit, or financial return is guaranteed.
What happens to a PSL Membership if the holder dies?
Ownership survives the holder. On death or dissolution, a PSL Membership is administered under the published succession rules, which allow up to 180 days for the estate or successor administration to be completed. Naming a successor is contact information only; it is not a transfer and gives the named person no rights while the holder is living.
Can EPIC take my PSL Membership away?
A suspension can pause benefits but never confiscates ownership. The normal cure period is 15 days, with a narrower emergency exception and a published appeal path. There is no automatic forfeiture of a PSL Membership.
Is my information published?
Public registry visibility defaults to Private Member. Contact details, payout information, and payment records are never published.
What is the Community Grant Fund?
The Community Grant Fund is the pool EPIC uses to help Community Supporters buy goods and services from Community Partners. We don't just promote businesses—we help create customers for them.
How long does a PSL Membership last?
A PSL Membership is acquired once and carries continuing participation for the operating life of the program. There is no annual renewal, no expiry date, and no recurring charge.
Can I purchase a PSL Membership right now?
