Membership refunds
Refund requests within 14 days of activation are honored at the EPIC team's discretion, minus any redeemed benefits.
Founding / Early numbers
If a refund is issued, the Founding or Early partner number is retired permanently and never reassigned.
Grants
Grant awards, once redeemed, are non-refundable.
